Microsoft Dynamics for Sales, Customers and Marketing Implementation for client in Insurance Space
We collaborated with a client in the insurance industry to implement Microsoft Dynamics for Sales and Customer Service. The system required a sophisticated security model to support both corporate and franchise level access. Additionally, it featured complex rules for email routing to automate case creation and facilitate the queueing of cases for the call center. The system was also integrated with a telephony system, further enhancing the routing and management of cases through the queue process.
Power Pages Implementation For Federal Client
We were subcontracted to assist with a Power Platform, Dataverse, and Power Pages implementation for a federal contract, with our specific responsibility being the Power Pages component. This aspect of the project was complex, requiring substantial JavaScript and Liquid coding to meet advanced functional needs.
A significant challenge we faced was the limitation on file upload sizes imposed by Microsoft. To address this, we developed an API in Azure and utilized Azure Blob Storage to store larger files. Additionally, we crafted a user interface for Dataverse and Power Pages that allowed users to view and manage the uploaded files seamlessly. This solution not only overcame the limitations but also enhanced the overall functionality of the system.
CRM Analyst For Data Validation

Tibco Cloud Integration Custom Connector
A client in the financial services industry required integration of their systems with Tax Caddy, utilizing their existing Tibco Cloud Integration platform. As no pre-existing connector was available for Tax Caddy, a custom connector was developed to facilitate this integration, enabling seamless connectivity and enhancing their system capabilities.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation For Customer Rep
This project entailed setting up a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation tailored to enable the client's customers to input and manage opportunities for their customers. The client had a distinctive arrangement where their customers used the system to manage downstream customer interactions, while the client managed their customer data in their ERP system. To accommodate this unique setup, business units were established for each client to access and manage their respective work.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Custom Member Management Solution
The project involved migrating a client from an existing Member Management Solution to a fully customized alternative. The team's responsibilities included decommissioning the old solution after the new system was fully operational, designing custom tables and fields, and developing plugins and workflows within Microsoft Dynamics 365. Azure Functions and Durable Azure Functions were written to manage long-running processes. An API was also set up to facilitate interactions between the member-facing portal and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot Complex Integration
A client was experiencing issues with an existing, costly integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot, which was corrupting data and failed to provide near real-time synchronization. Tasked with resolving these issues, the integration was completely rewritten using Azure Functions, Durable Azure Functions, and Azure Storage. This overhaul significantly reduced the operational costs to less than $50 per month while achieving near real-time data integration.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales and Field Service with Power Portal
The project involved setting up Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales to manage the client's comprehensive sales process—from lead generation to invoicing. Additionally, the requirement extended to enabling service personnel to manage installation orders effectively and providing a comprehensive view for clients.
Initially, the focus was on establishing the sales process, which necessitated custom coding for plugins and JavaScript to accommodate specific workflows and functionalities. Following this, attention shifted to customizing the Field Service module to suit the needs of the service team, particularly in remote locations, ensuring they could manage and update job statuses efficiently.
The project culminated with the development of a Power Portal. This portal allowed customers to log in, communicate with the sales team, check the status of their contracts and orders, and access information about their equipment. This solution provided a seamless, interactive experience for the client's customers, enhancing transparency and engagement.
Training and Oversight of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Implementation
A client engaged a large consulting firm for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service. The role in this project included reviewing the requirements with the client and addressing any questions to ensure clarity and alignment with their business needs. Additionally, comprehensive training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service was provided, equipping the client's team with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize the system.
International Non-Profit Microsoft Dynamics Support and Customization
We were engaged by a prominent international non-profit organization to manage and customize two of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments, tailoring them to meet their specific operational needs better. In addition to these customizations, the organization utilized ClickDimensions for its marketing efforts. Our role extended to managing and supporting this setup, ensuring their marketing operations were seamlessly integrated and fully optimized within their Dynamics 365 framework.
HubSpot and CRM Integration with Custom Portal Work
We partnered with a client in the non-profit certification sector that had already implemented CRM and HubSpot. They required assistance to integrate these systems in a way that allowed easy updates without needing to modify code for each new field or table mapping. To achieve this, we created customizations in Microsoft Dynamics and utilized Azure Functions to link the two systems effectively.
The customizations within Dynamics empowered end users to manage the connections between tables, set up filtering rules, initiate integrations, schedule integration runs, and map fields themselves. This flexibility also facilitated the synchronization of marketing lists between the systems. Additionally, the client had a custom portal requiring modifications to their application process. We implemented changes that enhanced the transparency of the process for their customers.
Sub-Contracting to Larger Consulting Firm
A large consulting firm engaged us as subcontractors to provide staffing and backfill support for several projects. We offered expertise and customization services for Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365, ClickDimensions, Power Pages, and various Custom Portal implementations. Throughout our collaboration, we worked on multiple client engagements, assisting with diverse requirements and ensuring each project met the client's specific needs.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Internal Portal
A client with a basic implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales required custom plugins to automate complex processes beyond the capabilities of standard workflows. Additionally, they needed a solution for submitting expense reports applicable to both licensed and non-licensed Microsoft Dynamics 365 users. Opting not to use the Power Apps for Android and iOS, a dedicated portal was established. Users were required to log in to this portal to submit their expense reports, ensuring a streamlined and accessible reporting system for all employees.
Azure DevOps Project Management and CI/CD Setup
A client previously managed development work through a custom implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. With their transition away from Microsoft Dynamics, they required a new solution for managing their agile processes. Assistance was provided to establish their setup in Microsoft DevOps, facilitating enhanced project management. Additionally, pipelines were configured to automate the releases of Azure Functions, streamlining their deployment processes.
SharePoint Backend for Power App with use of Logic Apps and Power Automate
In this project, the client chose not to use Dataverse or Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferring SharePoint for data input instead. A Power App was developed, featuring multiple navigation tabs and supporting CRUD operations, along with complex calculations that utilized data from other fields. Additionally, the client required not only the Power App but also process automation capabilities that would enable end users to configure their own processes. To address this, training on Power Automate was provided, allowing users to create their own automations. For broader, system-wide automations that required stability and control, Logic Apps were implemented, which were not accessible for updates by end users.
Migrate From Tibco Cloud Integration To Power Automate
We had an engagement with a client that wanted to move all their mappings / integrations from Tibco Cloud Integration (Formerly Scribe Online) to Power Automate. The integrations where between Dynamics 365 and a custom internal API. We rebuilt all the mappings in Power Automate, which saved the client thousands of dollars per year in licensing costs and provided more details logging for each run in the event of an error.
Asset Property Management
Worked with a client in the multi-family property investing sector, managing a complex setup to integrate data into Microsoft Dynamics from multiple sources to maintain current property information. Additionally, there was a requirement to generate reports for both internal management and external investors.

We where hired to provide developer and support staffing need for a business that was on their 3rd implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. We came in to fill the gap and help get the project back on track.
